VILLA DI LUSSO A SANTA MARGHERITA LIGURE
Il progetto di trasformazione di una casa rurale in una villa di lusso sopra a Santa Margherita Ligure prevede il restauro di un corpo esistente, e un nuovo ampliamento. I due blocchi sono saldati da una nuova scala interna in legno, che si ispira a un piccolo palazzo. Al piano terra si trovano l’ingresso e due stanze al primo piano il soggiorno/cucina e la camera principale. Il concetto del progetto è, salvaguardando la forma e le proporzioni dell’edificio esistente, scavare e lavorarci intorno, sovrapponendo il nuovo ampliamento, i muri di fascia e i percorsi esterni esistenti. I terrazzamenti verranno mantenuti a uliveto, e nel panoramico paesaggio e non è previsto un giardino. La casa è pensata per essere utilizzata nel corso di tutto l’anno. Il parcheggio dell’auto si trova a circa duecento metri di distanza, ed è collegato alla casa tramite sentieri esistenti.
LUXURY VILLA IN SANTA MARGHERITA LIGURE
The project of transformation of a rural house above Santa Margherita Ligure includes the restoration of the existing block, and a new extension. The two volumes are connected by an internal wooden staircase, reminiscent of a small palazzo. The ground floor contains the entrance and two rooms; on the first floor are the living room/kitchen and the master bedroom. The concept of the project is to safeguard the form and proportions of the existing building, and to dig and work around it by integrating together the extension, the terrace walls and the exterior connections. The outdoor terraces will remain as olive groves, and in the panoramic landscape there will be no garden. The house will function all-year-round. The car park is about two hundred meters away, and is connected to the house by existing footpaths.
