CASA PRIVATA A PORTOFINO
Si tratta della ristrutturazione di una piccola casa rurale esistente su due piani, su un ripido terreno scandito da fasce agricole che si affacciano sul mare. Al piano terra ci sono il salotto e la cucina, al piano sopra le due camere da letto coi bagni. Ci sono due scale, una interna ed una esterna. I materiali, semplici e funzionali, valorizzano le irregolarità planimetrie e altimetriche della casa; queste irregolarità danno alla casa un senso di identità e un gusto particolari. Gli arredi fissi interni, quasi tutti in legno di rovere, vanno considerati una parte integrante del progetto.
PRIVATE HOUSE IN PORTOFINO
This is the renovation of a small existing rural building on two floors, on a steep terraced agricultural terrain overlooking the sea. On the ground floor, are the living room and the kitchen; on the first floor, two bedrooms with bathrooms. There are two staircases, one inside and one outside. The materials, simple and functional, interact with the horizontal and vertical irregularities of the house; these irregularities give the house a sense of identity and a special flavour. The built-in interior furniture, almost entirely in oak, should be considered an integral part of the project.
