NUOVO CENTRO CIVICO IN ZONA GARIBALDI A MILANO In zona Garibaldi a Milano, il nuovo Centro Civico fa da raccordo tra l’Isola e il nuovo parco (“Biblioteca degli Alberi”), e non entra in concorrenza con gli edifici vetrati di uffici della zona. Il Centro Civico è un piccolo edificio prefabbricato in legno che contiene un arboretum di piante e alberi. E’ un cortile a C, flessibile, porticato e distribuito su ballatoi, con al piano terra le funzioni pubbliche e al piano primo gli uffici e le associazioni. Progetto con Vogt Landscape Architects.   NEW CIVIC CENTRE IN ZONA GARIBALDI IN MILAN The Civic Centre acts as a connection between the Isola district and the new park (“Library of Trees”), and does in no way compete with the glass office blocks of the area. The Civic Centre is a small prefabricated building in wood and contains an arboretum of plants and trees. It has a C-shaped courtyard, it is flexible and porticoed, with the public functions at ground floor and the offices and associations on the first floor.
